Lotus Notes 7 Installation Guide for Windows (Customizing and Using)
Lotus Notes is a productivity and collaboration suite designed to integrate your many workplace tools. Customizing Your Welcome Page
After install and do some configuration with lotus note 7.0. You will login to Lotus Note workspace This is the first screen you will see after you install and setup your Lotus Notes Client.
Choose ‘No thanks, just give me the defaults‘. You can always modify this layout by clicking along the top of the Welcome Page on ‘Click here for Welcome Page options‘. After that you will foud below screen.
- Application shortcuts are available in the Bookmark bar.
- The Toolbar contains common tasks for your selected Window tab.
- Action bar buttons provide functionality to the selected Window tab.
- Window tabs can be closed by clicking on the X or by using the ESC key.
- The Status bar provides status updates as Lotus checks mail or uploads/downloads information
